
Physical Therapist
Jaime Reich earned her DPT from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. She became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), in 2016. In 2018, she became a certified craniofacial specialist (CFC). Prior to joining PRO Physical Therapy in July 2018, Jaime worked as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic for 7 years. She graduated from UW Platteville in 1999 with a BS in Biology, Psychology, and Biotechnology, and worked at the UW Madison Department of Zoology for 9 years before going to PT school.
Jaime capitalizes on the body’s own healing processes for maximum efficiency and lasting outcomes. She is committed to listening, setting goals collaboratively, and offering an individualized treatment approach. She will guide you to freedom of movement, optimized functional capacity, and better quality of life.
Jaime’s niche is in evaluating and treating craniofacial pain/tmj therapy (TMJ Disorder) . This includes temporomandibular pain and headaches, as well as vertigo/dizziness and concussion. Treatment may involve hands on manual therapy, neuromuscular control, activity modification, and modalities. These can be done with techniques such as laser, vibration, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and nasal release technique (NRT). In 2018, Jaime received her Cranio-Facial Certification (CFC). She guest lectures in the UW-Madison DPT program for their TMD unit. Jaime is a skilled manual therapist and movement observer. By combining these skills, she can identify compensations in the movement and restrictions in the tissue, address them, and get individuals back to having more freedom of movement. She believes in the power of hands on therapy and therefore has been developing her manual therapy skills. She has been practicing since 2000, when she became a licensed massage therapist. Jaime became dry needling certified in 2017. From a movement observation perspective, she is certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), is fluent in running analysis, and is a certified kettlebell coach (HKC). She is currently engaged in becoming a breath coach with Breathe Your Truth.
Jaime is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopedic Section and the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association (WPTA). She is also a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). She belongs to the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP).
Jaime is a lifelong athlete who loves running, weightlifting, and body weight movement. She is currently obsessed with Raw Functional Training and kettlebells while preparing for an ultramarathon in 2022. She grew up as a track and cross country runner, having competed in State, and been captain of her HS and collegiate teams. Before the pandemic, she enjoyed teaching fitness classes at Harbor Athletic Club. In her free time, you’ll find her outdoors with her family: hiking, kayaking, fires in the yard; and cheering on her girls in their youth sports events.

Physical Therapist
Elizabeth obtainer her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology from Marquette University in 2001, she continued to study at Marquette University and also obtained her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2003. Since graduating she has worked in Outpatient Orthopedics first in Alpena, Michigan (2 years) and in Chicago, Illinois (15 years), before moving to Madison in 2019. She joined Pro Physical Therapy in 2020. Elizabeth completed an 18 month Residency with Evidence in Motion in 2008/2009 and is also certified in Graston Technique and trained in Dry Needling. She has been a certified clinical instructor for students since 2006.
Elizabeth actively listens to her patients and works with them to develop a plan of care to meet their goals. She uses a multi system and movement-based screening approach to find the source/cause of a patient’s problem. She focuses on hands on manual treatments, modalities in combination with exercises to achieve goals.
Elizabeth has focused on the treatment of orthopedics and sports medicine conditions. She enjoys treating patients of all ages (children to seniors). She has taken many courses throughout her career focusing on concussion management and vestibular disorders, as well as many other orthopedic conditions. Treating the recreational weekend warrior through professional level athletes. During her time in Chicago, she was active in working with the performing arts community with dance/theater; covering Wicked while it toured in Chicago, along with other shows/companies. Being a mom of two Elizabeth understands the need for greater focus and care with regards to women’s health and has been active in being an advocate for this patient population and helping woman during and after the birth of their children.
Elizabeth moved to Madison with her husband and two children in 2019. Since being in Madison she has taken up bootcamp fitness. She also enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, and being outdoors most of the year. Elizabeth was a dancer from a young age through college. Post college she became more involved in running, completing races, from 5K to marathons. During her time in Chicago, she enjoyed providing medical coverage for 5K’s, triathlons, and marathon races.

Physical Therapist
Ryan Schmitt earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Clarke University in 2021. He also earned his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Winona State University in 2018. Ryan is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer in the State of Wisconsin.
Ryan believes in serving his patients and his community by being fitness forward and utilizing skilled manual therapy techniques to create successful and lasting outcomes. He provides treatment by using thorough assessment to understand how the entire body moves to be able to comprehensive treatment and maximize functional performance. By assessing the entire body, he can accurately address mobility and strength deficits while working towards an individual's functional goals. He uses objective assessments to analyze movement patterns and makes data driven strength decisions for progression and return to optimal function. He believes in making the rehabilitation process fun and meaningful.
Ryan brings an extensive background in sports and performance having worked with professional, collegiate, recreational and youth athletes throughout his career as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. He focuses on being fitness forward to optimize quality of life, performance, and function based on the needs of each individual and their goals.
Ryan has expertise in biomechanics of multi-planar movements and rotational sports including golf, baseball, and volleyball.
Ryan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), APTA Sports section, and National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
Ryan lives in Prairie Du Sac with his wife Brooklynn. When Ryan is not in the PT clinic he enjoys spending his time getting outdoors in nature and raising cattle.

Physical Therapist
Andrew Slick earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023. Prior to this, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Exercise and Movement Science in 2019.
Andrew strives to provide meaningful and quality care to each patient, recognizing the inherent dignity and value every person has. Andrew uses a combination of hands-on techniques and functional, rehabilitative exercise to accomplish patient-specific goals. Andrew recognizes the importance of working alongside patients to provide the tools needed for long-term solutions. His professional interests include balance training and falls prevention, return to sport, and injury prevention. Andrew also enjoys coaching football and weight training at the high school level.
Andrew is currently the Offensive Coordinator for the Abundant Life Christian School football team. He also spends time at the school as a strength and conditioning coach, leading middle and high school students through weight training, speed, and agility drills for injury prevention and to improve sports performance.
Andrew is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA Wisconsin Chapter.
Andrew lives in Fitchburg with his wife and daughter and attends High Point Church on the west side of Madison. He enjoys playing drums and guitar, playing any and all kinds of sports (usually basketball, spikeball, and pickleball), beatboxing, weight lifting, and spending time with friends and family.

Physical Therapist
Kristine obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Illinois State University in 2011. She Continued her schooling at Midwestern University where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. Since graduating she has worked in Outpatient Orthopedics first in the Chicagoland area (5 years) before moving to Madison in 2020. Kristine then worked as a Director of Rehabilitation and physical therapist in a senior living community where she treated patients in independent living, assisted living and memory care. She joined Pro Physical Therapy in 2023. Kristine has completed multiple courses focusing on manual therapy, fall prevention and geriatric specific therapy. She has been a certified clinical instructor for students since 2017.
Kristine believes in individualized treatment plans for her patients to assist in restoring functionality, improving mobility , and decreasing pain in order to achieve patient goals. She uses a variety of tools to achieve patient outcomes including hands on approach with manual therapy, modalities, education and functional based exercises.
Kristine has focused on the treatment of orthopedics and geriatric treatments. She enjoys treating patients of all ages (children to seniors). She has taken many courses throughout her career focusing on manual therapy, fall prevention, balance and geriatric physical therapy. Kristine has been an advocate for the aging population in providing education and working to maintain the highest quality of life as we age.
Kristine moved to Madison with her husband in 2020. Kristine also has two sons who keep her very busy and active. Since being in Madison she has taken advantage of the many hiking and biking trails throughout the area. She also enjoys running, all types of fitness classes, kickboxing and being outdoors as much as possible. Kristine has always enjoyed sports; competing in gymnastics from a young age through high school as well as participating in volleyball, soccer, and cheerleading. These days most of her free time is spent with her family being outdoors as much as possible.

Physical Therapist
Morgan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2024. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a certificate in Health and the Humanities from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021.
Morgan uses each patient’s goals and unique circumstances to help guide her treatment, recognizing that no two patients are the same. She uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy, exercise-based treatments, and neuromuscular re-education techniques, with a focus on the details of movement. She strives to provide holistic treatment to her patients and increase their understanding about their health to help them reach their physical and functional goals. Morgan’s professional interests include orthopedic rehab, injury prevention, return to sport, running mechanics, neurologic rehab, and vestibular/concussion.
Morgan grew up in the realm of sports and has weightlifting and injury prevention knowledge. She also has manual therapy skills, and an extensive background in working with individuals with disabilities in Madison. She volunteered for the Adapted Fitness Program at UW-Madison during undergrad, and before starting her DPT degree she worked as a case manager for individuals with disabilities in the Madison area. She understands the interactions between several aspects of health in medically complex patients and can find ways to be creative and adapt to patient needs.
Morgan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA Wisconsin Chapter.
Morgan grew up in Appleton, WI, and now lives in Madison with her husband. She is involved in her local church and enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, playing sports (pickleball, golf, basketball, softball, spikeball), weightlifting, playing guitar, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. She grew up playing softball and basketball from a young age through High School and continued in college by playing for The Women’s Club Basketball team of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Physical Therapist
Geoff received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 1997. He obtained his board certification in Orthopedics from the APTA after completing a PT orthopedic residency from the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and Meriter Hospital in 2005. Geoff completed his transitional Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver in 2010. He has been certified in trigger point dry needling since 2014. Geoff has supervised three separate private practice clinics in Chicago and Madison, and worked as a staff PT in out-patient facilities at both UW Health in Madison including the Spine Clinic and University of Colorado Hospital in Denver.
Geoff's expertise emphasizes a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and differential diagnosis to best understand the root cause of the problem. He feels patients are more apt to perform their home program if they are instructed in the "why" with each specific exercise or comprehensive regimen. Geoff became interested in the physical therapy field through his own injuries as a high school and college athlete, and he empathizes with patients during the rehabilitation process in its entirety by treating the whole person - including the 'ups and downs' that go hand-in-hand with an injury or decline in function. He feels every patient is unique and treatment is a collaboration between patient and clinician to achieve their goals.
Geoff lives with his wife Kristin, also a physical therapist (and athletic trainer) in Oregon, along with his two children, Carson and Lexi. He enjoys reading, movies, sports, and the great outdoors.

Sarah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2025.
Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. She uses a patient-centered approach to care that focuses on individualized treatment, evidence-based techniques, and long-term wellness. Sarah’s professional interests include balance and fall prevention, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological rehab, and chronic pain management. Sarah also enjoys coaching rowing at the high school level and at the masters/adult recreational level.

Physical Therapist
Lauren earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Lauren is passionate about providing individualized care to each patient and building meaningful relationships with her patients, fostering trust and collaboration as they work together toward recovery. She strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the recovery process. She uses a thoughtful combination of hands-on manual therapy and functional-based exercises to help patients restore function, build confidence, and return to the activities they love. Her professional interests include return to sport, injury and falls prevention, pediatrics, and orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Tamara earned her PTA degree in December 2023 from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2014. She spent nine years working in life insurance before deciding to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Tamara is a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping individuals regain function and enhance their quality of life through physical therapy. She excels in implementing treatment plans under the guidance of physical therapists, providing patient education, and creating a supportive, encouraging environment. With a warm and patient-centered approach, Tamara is committed to empowering her patients on their journey to recovery and improved well-being.
Tamara loves working with people of all ages. She has completed both the MMOA Live and MMOA Level 1 courses and is currently working toward her specialist certification in Modern Management of Older Adults (MMOA) through The Institute of Clinical Excellence (PT on Ice).
Tamara lives in Sun Prairie. She has an athletic background, having been involved in sports throughout her life, including basketball, track and field (thrower), rugby, and powerlifting. Her current interests include weightlifting, CrossFit, watching sports, going to church, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Tiffany Wade earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2023. She previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. In 2022 she transitioned from working in Life Insurance as a New Business Senior Representative for 9 years to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Tiffany lives in Sun Prairie. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights, doing CrossFit, spending quality time with family and friends, attending church, going to concerts and traveling. Tiffany has always enjoyed sports, from attending games to actively participating throughout her childhood and adult life. She recently retired from club rugby two years ago and previously competed in powerlifting, basketball and track and field as a shot put and discus thrower.
