ACADEMICS & CREDENTIALS
Josh obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2018. Prior to that he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2015.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
Josh has a passion to improve patients’ quality of life through their movement experience. By utilizing a balance of various manual therapy techniques and functional exercise progressions he aims to optimize the patients’ movement system. In addition, Josh understands the importance of educating each patient about their condition and helping them throughout the treatment process and beyond.

Josh’s expertise is in sport and orthopedic physical therapy. He has advanced his clinical knowledge and skills through various continuing education courses including:
- Dry Needling (EIM level 1 certified)
- Orthopedic Manual Therapy (mobilizations and manipulations)
- Concussion Rehab
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue mobilization (IASTM)
- Kinesiology Taping
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
- Courses related to the spine, hip, knee, and shoulder
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Josh is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), APTA Orthopaedic section, and APTA Wisconsin Chapter.
PERSONALLY
Josh currently lives in Cross Plains with his fiance, Emily. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and water sports. Josh is also involved with strength & conditioning and coaching ice hockey players at various levels.
