Jaime Reich, DPT, OCS, CFC

Jaime Reich earned her DPT from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. She became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), in 2016.

Prior to joining PRO Physical Therapy in July 2018, Jaime worked as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic for 7 years. She graduated from UW Plateville in 1999 with a BS in Biology, Psychology, and Biotechnology, and worked at the UW Madison Department of Zoology for 9 years before going to PT school.

Jaime capitalizes on the body’s own healing processes for maximum efficiency and lasting outcomes. She is committed to listening, setting goals collaboratively, and offering an individualized treatment approach. Because of this, she will guide you to freedom of movement, optimized functional capacity, and better quality of life.

Jaime is a skilled manual therapist and movement observer. By combining these skills, she can identify compensations in the movement and restrictions in the tissue, address them, and get individuals back to having more freedom of movement. She believes in the power of hands on therapy and therefore has been developing her manual therapy skills. She has been practicing since 2000, when she became a licensed massage therapist. Jaime became dry needling certified in 2017. From a movement observation perspective, she is certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and is fluent in running analysis.
Jaime’s niche is in evaluating and treating craniofacial pain. This includes TMJ and headaches, as well as vertigo/dizziness and concussion. Treatment may involve hands on manual therapy, neuromuscular control, activity modification, and modalities. These can be done with techniques such as ultrasound, laser, vibration, electrical stimulation, and dry needling. In 2018, Jaime received her Cranio-Facial Certification (CFC), and is the only Certified Cranio-Facial specialist in the Madison area.

Jaime is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Orthopedic Section and the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association (WPTA). She is also a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Jaime is a lifelong athlete who loves running, Olympic weightlifting, body weight movement, and is currently obsessed with kettlebell training. She competed in State in HS and was captain of her collegiate cross country team. She currently teaches fitness classes at Harbor Athletic Club. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, and spends most weekends at endless youth sports events.
