The team at PRO Physical Therapy will diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate your sports injury to get you back to action faster.  We use evidence-based manual therapy and rehabilitation protocols to help you overcome your musculoskeletal injuries.  We combine this with a holistic approach that emphasizes harnessing the body’s nervous system to decrease pain and return your body to a high level of performance.

Throughout the rehabilitation process, we will progress you through exercises designed to regain prior function and return you to your favorite activities.  In many cases, you will return to your sport more athletic than prior to your injury.

The PRO Physical Therapy team has the expertise to work with your team athletic training and strength & conditioning staff to coordinate a return-to-sport plan.  PRO Physical Therapy can also independently create a return-to-sport plan that will have you ready to face the stresses of your competitive season.

I injured my ankle by stepping in a pot hole while running.  Initially the doctors told me that it was just a really bad sprain, but it turned into a lot more than that.  After an MRI, I was diagnosed a couple of torn ligaments and a severely bruised talus.  After 8 months of treatment including 6 weeks in a walking boot, 2 orthopedic specialists, 2 surgeons, and 2 physical therapists, I still had daily pain and was told multiple times that I was going to need surgery. 

I am 26 year old biomedical engineer and ironman athlete, so this was not acceptable to me.  My sister referred me to which my insurance did not cover, but I was willing to try anything at this point. 

After only 3 weeks of manual therapy and ASTYM my ankle feels nearly 100% better.  I no longer have daily pain and was able to start returning to the activities that I love.  Thank you David, it was worth every penny. ~ Julie, Ironman Competitor
