Performance and Injury Prevention

Our goal is simple: We want you to be on the field-of-play. Whether that’s making a varsity team, starting for that team, participating in your first triathlon, or signing your next big free-agent contract, we focus on injury prevention because we want you to win your challenge.

The foundation of this strategy is keeping you injury-free. We are experts in teaching fundamental movements and positions that will decrease your risk of injury. We have worked with athletes ranging from 5 year old softball players, to high school athletes hoping to make their varsity team, to Olympic medalists.

First, we make sure it’s clear that movement mechanics are clean and a patient has shown readiness to begin resistance training. Then we will use the most research-backed, safe, and effective means to build strength and force development capacity.

We measure everything. We will show your baseline measurements in the most important athletic attributes in your sport and then we will work with you to make objective gains in these attributes.  Because of this attention to detail and individualization of each plan, we work on a 1 to 1 basis or in very small groups.

Your plan will be individualized based on an athletic assessment and identification of goals. We a result, we can help you see gains in:
